Snack Attack: The Perfect Loaded Sweet Potato with Sugar on Top
The holidays are here and so are all the chocolates, cakes, and figgy puddings! As I sit here attempting to stick to my guns--ending 2016 on a good health note *insert Jordan cry face*, I'm pulling out all the stops to beat the sugar cravings. Friends...when those cravings hit, you get creative. Sometimes you get a brilliant product, other times you end up with a gluttonous mess of foods that don't really go together. This healthful treat is a match delivered by Gabriel himself, allowing you to finish the year off strong like the conqueror you are! The natural sweetness of the potato, strawberries, and honey soothes your cravings, while the protein and fiber in the peanut butter and granola helps with hunger pains. It's the perfect breakfast or pre-dinner snack. Totally customizable, this snack is high in vitamins and minerals that are good for your heart, eyes, bones, and mood. Who doesn't love that?!
